  • Delivery of IOSH Working Safely for Mineral Products for their workforce
  • Design and delivery of training programs in relation to their management system elements such as risk assessment and isolation/ lock-out of machinery
  • Coaching of key staff members in a range of health and safety compliance and behavioural practices
  • Working closely with directors to advise and support recruitment, selection and ongoing development of their internal health and safety team
