All our courses are designed and delivered by people who have worked in operational positions within industry, who also possess a first-class safety and training background.

Over the last 10 years Safety Coaching has been delivering Safety Training Programs and personal coaching globally and helping organisations towards the industry target of zero harm.

Meet our team

Rob Shore

Global Safety Coach, Mentor and Trainer

Safety Coaching is led by Rob Shore. During a 25 year career Rob has worked in operational, senior safety positions and has supported global organisations improve their safety performance throughout a number of countries and cultures.

He is a Chartered Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner with IOSH, and holds a post graduate qualification in coaching and mentoring with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Rob is also a Master Coach and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Phil Beech

Trainer & Assessor

Phil has worked in technical, operational and consultancy positions for the past 25 years. Phil is our vocational qualification expert as both a leading industry assessor and verifier for the past 5 years. He plays a pivotal role in supporting our clients develop the competency of their workforce at management, supervisory and operative levels.

Phil’s natural coaching style helps support candidates throughout their qualification and achievement of their personal development objectives.

He also assists in a range of training course deliveries such as IOSH, risk assessment, auditing skills and workplace inspections
Dan Rushin

Trainer & Assessor

Dan has worked in operational and consultancy positions for the past 20 years and joined Safety Coaching in July 2021. Dan supports clients with a range of training and apprenticeship programs such as IOSH Working and Managing Safely, risk assessment, contractor management and isolation of machinery.

Dan builds a superb rapport with his audience and this is shown in his feedback with over 95% of the delegates attending Dan’s courses stating they would definitely recommend the course to others (the other 5% are probably in case you we wondering!)

In addition to this Dan also carries out assessment of vocational qualifications for range of roles from management to operative levels.
