Blue Phoenix Group operates incinerator bottom ash (IBA) processing installations globally and helps the Energy-from-Waste sector with alternative sustainable solutions for ash residues.
Safety Coaching have assisted Blue Phoenix with a number of projects such as delivery of:
- Contractor Management design and delivery of training on BP UK group procedures
- Behavioural safety programs including BP UK’s ‘Safety Conversation’ program to encourage positive discussions regards safe and healthy working onsite
- Permit to Work training, assisting in the design and delivery of the group procedure for permits to work
- IOSH Managing and Working Safely, both face to face and e-learning
- Delivery of vocational qualifications for management and supervisory team members, including attendance at our innovative knowledge workshops
- Site visits and management leadership reviews
